I am an NYC-area lifestyle photographer specializing in environmental portraiture and candids. My photographic style reflects my fascination with all forms of light and the interplay between people and the spaces where they live or work.

I try to spend as much time as I can getting to know my subjects before I pick up my camera—there is no substitute for previsualization. But for the times when that isn't in the cards, I rely on my gut instinct, allowing my emotional response to a scene or subject determine the photographs I make.
